What was once a small portion of his company became his passion. "The satisfaction of repairing an air conditioner on a hot day and being called an angel from God by the homeowner is very rewarding" says Michael.
As the company has grown his role has changed but in many ways remains the same. “We are able to help more folks to be comfortable by having several technicians. Personally, I still get to enjoy working with our customers to find solutions to their heating and cooling problems”, Michael says.
Today, both of Michael's sons are involved in the operation of the business. Corey Esuary serves as the Lead Service Technician for the company. Caleb Esuary serves as the Operations Manager. Corey has been instrumental in recruiting key team members while Caleb works to make us better through technology.

Mike Kelley our Service Manager; Mike Kelley and Michael Esuary have worked together for several years. Mike has over thirty years' experience in heating, air conditioning and refrigeration service. Mike has personally trained all of the technicians at Complete and is their source for “technical support” when any questions arise. Mike takes great pride in the success of his technicians. We currently have a classroom within our shop that is already equipped with different types of heating and cooling equipment. This new classroom allows Mike to work with our existing and new technicians on specific problems. “Nothing replaces field experience”, says Mike Kelley. Mike requires each of the new technicians to train with him daily on service calls until he knows they are equipped to take care of our customer's needs.
Bobby Hunter is serving in our Business Development department, Bobby Hunter has over 28 years experience in Business Development in heating and air industry. Bobby has helped us tremendously to improve our communications with property managers and other customers since joining Complete Heat & Air. Bobby is always available to assist customers with system and duct replacements.
Danny Dill serves as our Marketing and Comfort Consultant, Danny is an Army Veteran and has over 25 Years in Customer Service, Retail Sales and Marketing. He has over 10 Years with Trane Product Sales and is always available to help with your Heating and Cooling needs.
Jerry Walsh serves as our Installation Manager, Jerry started as a Install Technician and worked his way up to Install Manager by the knowledge and hard work he has shown.
Our Service Technicians are Adam Moore, Neil Ford, Brantley Simmons and Jesse Moore Service Technician/Operation Assistant which are very willing to go up and beyond to help with your heating and cooling needs.
Our Installation Technicians are Jon Holcombe, Kenne Ford, Korbin Frazier, Dean Whiteside, Steve Rhodes, and Gary Glymph which do a outstanding job installing all the new systems.
